Contract of Project

This document outlines the terms of a turnkey construction project contract. The project will be completed within 1.5 years from July 2017 to January 2019. As a turnkey project, the buyer MCT Bhd will not pay until the project is fully completed and receives a Certificate of Completion and Compliance. Contract of Project

1. The type of procument is Turnkey- buyer does not pay for the full project until it is
completed.
In real estate, turnkey is defined as a home or property that is ready for occupation for
its intended purpose, i.e., a home that is fully functional, needs no upgrading or repairs
(move-in ready).
2. The duration of the project is 1 year and half from July 2017 to January 2019
completed with Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC)
3. Main Client: MCT Bhd
4. Turnkey contractor with in-house consultant (Sunway construction), entire
responsibility to the Contractor from initial design until completion of project
5. The Consulting Engineer who is engaged by a Contractor provides service on the
same basis that he does to any Client:
i. He acts solely in the legitimate interests of his Client.
ii. He adheres to his professional standards.
iii. His remuneration comprises solely the fees paid to him by his Client, except
where he has ad-hoc equity participation in the project.
6. Floor plan (40 x 70)
