IMPORTANT NOTICE

O N L Y FOR CANDIDATES APPEARING FOR NURSERY AND LOWER KG


Dear Parent
Kindly scan and upload ONLINE the Photo copies of the following attested documents (by the
Notary or Gazette Officer) for our verification from Thursday,21st to Sunday,24th January
2016 ONLY.
1.

Birth Certificate: (Certificates issued by Hospitals will not be acceptable)

The Birth Cert SHOULD be in ENGLISH ONLY, if NOT, then please submit a
Notarized Affidavit in English.

The Childs Name should be mentioned on the Birth Cert, if NOT; then please
submit a Notarized Affidavit in English with the childs name mentioned on it.

2. For Anglo-Indians and Christians:

Letter from the Hon Secretary of The All-India-Anglo-Indian Association, Branch (For
Anglo-Indians ONLY)

Baptism Certificate for Anglo-Indians & Christians of all denominations.

3. Present Proof of Residence (only of father/ mother) - Electricity Bill, Passport or


Phone Bill etc (Except Ration Card). No Grandparents residential proof will be accepted.
4. Documents of last School attended i.e. Bonafide Certificate or Report card of the
current Class.
5. Formal Family postcard size Photograph of father, mother & child together taken in the
Studio.
6. Parents and applicants individual Passport size photo.
7. ID Proof of both parents i.e. PAN Card/ Driving License/ Aadhar Card etc.
8. Sibling Proof (If applicable): Bishops School Report card copy, School Identity card etc.
9. Alumni Proof (If applicable): School Leaving Certificate / Pass Certificate of the parent.

All attested scanned documents and photograph should be in JPG/PNG/GIF/BMP format


ONLY. (PDF format will not be accepted)

Individual document file size should not exceed 200 KB.

Parents and applicants individual Passport size photo should not exceed 50 KB in size.

Same set of Original documents to be carried with for the Interactive session.

To fill up the form and upload of documents following browsers to be used (latest version):
Chrome/ Mozilla/ Safari/ Internet Explorer version 9 and above.

INCOMPLETE SET OF DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR PROCESSING.


Further please note that these are only preliminary procedures & SHOULD NOT be taken
as confirmation of admission as they are not.
Please note CAREFULLY there are some fake letters on fake school letter heads being
circulated at a price. Persons approaching us for admission with these fake letter heads
will be handed over to the Police.
