Hotel is separated into two main zones.
The greeting area or the front of
the house where visitors/ guest are politely acknowledge and accompanied ,
and the back of the house where all service amenities are located.
Three Star: 55-70 % achievemement. An enterprise that just not offer a hotel
accommodation but also for public spacious areas and offer a higher quality
facilities and different services.
Parking must accommodate 1 guest car for every 10 rooms, same as with a
short-term bus parking.

Guest Registration- a desk for registration, membership located and
visible at the lobby
Advance ReservationCentral Department Department: Administrative office
Administrative Office- consists of general manager with assistant manager
and two receptionists for public and manager.
Main lobby- A public entrance or foyer of hotel where waiting area and
information/reception area included.
Reception front desk- area for receptionist and information counter.
Telephone Booth- An adequate telephone facilities mustr be located in
public areas for guests use.
Waiting Area/ Lounge- public area at the lobby where visitors/ guest can
sit while waiting and reading purposes.
Cashier & Registration/ Membership Area- and area for membership
registration and cashier located near the registration desk but have an
enough space for waiting area to avoid congestion adjacent to the
registration area. This is in connected to the bookkeeping department for
correction and clarification in the guests bill.
Public Toilet- A restroom for visitors/ guest for both male and female with
sufficient supply of cold and hot running water, a watercloset, soap, hand
towel and hand dryer.
Executive Director office- An office with an elegant and spacious area
connected to assistant executive directors office and executive secretary.
