U/s 13-B(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act , 1955, have been drafted by
my counsel under my instructions and the facts of the same are
repeated herein for the sake of brevity. The averments of the petition
are true and correct to my knowledge and may be read as a part
and parcel of this affidavit.
3 That the marriage was solemnized between the deponent and the
petitioner No. 1 according to Hindu Rites and ceremonies on
____________ at Delhi and the parties to the petition are residing
separately since __________.

4 That the present petition is not presented in collusion with other.

5 That the mutual consent has not been obtained by force, fraud, or
undue influence.
