On Sheikh Zayed Road, take Exit 29.

Follow the road until you reach a roundabout.


Take the second exit at the roundabout then

stay on the right to enter the service road


for Mazaya Business Avenue. Drive through
the entrance between the buildings and
park behind the centre building, BB1 Tower.

Do not take the rst road into JLT, take the second
