These bodily fluids include blood, saliva, vomit, feces and urine.
Not only does a person need to avoid the direct bodily fluids of an infected
person or those who are diagnosed with Ebola, but they must also avoid the
bodily fluids from a person who has passed.
Health care professionals should wear protective clothing

Even the clothes and other belongings of these people also have the ability to
spread the disease. That is why doctors and those in deal with the patients
objects require the special clothing.
Protective clothing is referred to as masks, gloves, gowns and eye protection,
which should decrease the chances of coming into contact with bodily fluids and
spreading Ebola.
All health care equipment should be disposed of and sterilized properly

With all instruments being used in the care of Ebola patients, it should be
disposed of or sterilized properly. This means disposing of sharp needles that
have come into contact with bodily fluids, and disposing of items that are used to
treat the patient.
Avoid contact with wild animals and the meat of wild animals

Getting bitten by a wild animal that carries Ebola can lead to infection. Wild
animals that can carry this are chimpanzees, monkeys, fruit bats, porcupines,
gorillas, pigs and forest antelope. In addition, the meat of these wild animals can
still carry the disease and in some cases, the handling of this meat can still lead
to a person becoming infected. The best way is that dont eat the meat of any
wild animals or the least you should cook them at the high temperature to
reduce their pathogens.
Wash your hands routinely

Hand washing is the best way to prevent ebola virus infection. You should always
use soap and water when available. If this is not available, washing your hands
with something that has at least 60% alcohol in it will kill the germs.
Know what the symptoms of Ebola are, and seek medical treatment if you notice
these signs

If you do notice flu-like signs, such as fever, muscle pain, headache and
vomitting, get to a doctor immediately.
You are better avoid travelling to the areas in the world that are having Ebola
outbreaks, you greatly decrease your chances of catching Ebola.
Monitor your health for 21 days after being exposed to Ebola

If a person has come into contact with Ebola, or even suspects that they have
come into contact, they must monitor their health for the following 21 days.
Because this is the incubation period for the disease. If symptoms of Ebola are
noticed, then they should go to hospital immediately and it is highly
recommended to not care for an Ebola patient in a home.
Health facilities should isolate Ebola patients from other patients

To avoid contaminating other patients who do not have Ebola. If not isolate Ebola
patients, the risk of spreading the disease increase.
One of the unpleasant symptoms of the disease and the most dangerous Ebola
is severe diarrhea and nausea. This symptom causes your body to lose water and
electrolytes dangerous for the body.

In order to overcome mild dehydration, you should add more water in the body.
However, if you have a serious condition, go to the hospital to be treated with
fluids or other measures.

In history, there has no a period of Ebola spread strongly as 2014. According to
the World Health Organization, from the end of 2013 to October 25, 2014,
number of Ebola infection has reached 10,141 people, in which there were 4922
fatal.

If we dont prevent Ebola outbreak, it has spread quickly, it is estimated in


November 2, 2014, the number of prople infected with Ebola will reach 20 000
people and till January 20, 2015, this figure will be 1.4 million people.
Number of health workers infected with Ebola in 2014: there were 429 health
care workers infected with Ebola in the three West African countries out of a total
of 9911 patients infected with this virus.
