I, (Name of candidate), Hereby declare that I have received
company Sim Card persisting Contact No. +91 , I
Declare that the use of this number will be only for company benefit and I
will not use it for any kind of wrong purpose. In case of any kind of
misconduct misuse/damage/ loss of the Sim card/ mobile Number, I will be
completely responsible. After agreement completion/ left of the job/
abscond form job I will return this number/ Sim Card to management. I
know that all rights regarding this sim card/ mobile number will be
reserved at management.
