Christmas Party Opening Prayer

*ang mga slash (/) Nay anha ka hunong gamay ug ginhawa

Loving Father, / we bless your name as we thank you for all the blessings we
have received from your goodness throughout the year.
Forgive us, oh Lord, / all the sins we have committed against you and our
brothers and sisters. / Pardon us for the times we have failed to do our
work, / wasted your resources, / and hurt our co-workers.
Bless our gathering today in celebration of the birth of your son, Jesus Christ.
/ May it remind us of your fatherly love and concern for us; / may it inspire us
to gather and offer all our work for your glory and the salvation of souls; /
and may it bring us closer to each other in peace and solidarity for the
betterment of our country.
We ask this through the intercession of our patroness, Our Lady of the
Assumption. / Amen.
