The Wine
Our Cabernet Sauvignon walks a fine line. it has both
backbone and elegance, with a soft and delicate nose
of ripe red fruit. Dark, concentrated flavors of red
plum, caramel and bright raspberry explode out of
the glass for a lasting finish.

How we made it
Grapes were sourced from vineyards across
Californias sun drenched valleys.
The wine aged for 10 months in a combination of
older and once-used barrels to add texture and
complexity as well as stainless steel tanks to retain
freshness and varietal character.
