FORMULA PENGHITUNGAN UTILISASI OPERATING THEATRE
DASAR PENGHITUNGAN:
1 Tentukan jumlah kamar operasi yang dibuka
Misalnya dari 5 kamar operasi dibuka 3 kamar operasi

Tentukan maksimal jam pelayanan OT yang tersedia pada bulan yang bersangkutan dengan menentukan:
a Jam buka kamar operasi ( biasa dan on call ) dalam 1 hari dan 1 bulan
Misalnya: 3 kamar operasi buka 12 jam / hari ( 07.00 19.00 )
1 kamar operasi buka untuk on call 12 jam ( 19.00 07.00 )
Jadi maksimal jam pelayanan OT/ hari untuk hari kerja adalah ( 3 x 12 jam ) + ( 1 x 12 jam ) = 48 jam
Jam pelayanan OT / hari untuk hari Minggu atau hari libur lainnya adalah 24 jam
( hanya ada 1 OT yang stan by dibuka )

Total hari kerja pada bulan bersangkutan ( misalnya bulan Juni 30 hari dikurangi
4 hari libur minggu + 1 hari libur umum, maka total hari kerja bulan Juni
adalah 25 hari/ 30 ( 4+1 )= 25 )
Jam pelayanan OT maksimal pada bulan Juni ( contoh ):
Hari kerja = 25 x ( 3 x 12 ) + ( 1 X 12 ) = 1200 jam
Hari libur = 5 x 24 jam = 120 jam
Total jam pelayanan maksimal OT bulan Juni = 1200 + 120 = 1320 jam
Rata-rata maksimal pelayanan yang disediakan untuk masing-masing OT yang
Tersedia ( 5 OT ) = 1320/ 5 = 264 jam
Pembersihan dan persiapan ruangan untuk tiap 1 kasus pembedahan adalah jam
Dihitung total lama operasi dari setiap pembedahan yang dilakukan dalam 1 bulan berjalan
(sudah termasuk jam tambahan untuk 1 pembedahan sesuai dengan nomor 3)
Contoh perhitungan utilisasi ruang OT untuk bulan Juni 2007
a Hitung % utilisasi seluruh kamar operasi:
Rumus = total lama operasi ( sesuai dengan nomer 4 ) X 100%
Total jam pelayanan maksimal bulan berjalan
Contoh:
996 jam X 100 % = 75.5%
1.320 jam
Jika ingin menghitung utilisasi per masing-masing kamar operasi:
Rumus = total lama operasi di masing-masing OT X 100%
Rata-rata pelayanan maksimal tiap OT
Contoh:
utilisasi OT 1 (OT A) = 259 jam X 100% = 98.1 %

1. ALOS / Lama rawat rata-rata pasien pulang/mati
Definisi : rata-rata jumlah hari pasien rawat inap tinggal di rumah sakit (tidak termasuk bayi lahir)
Dianjurkan serendah mungkin tanpa mempengaruhi kualitas pelayan- an perawatan
Rumus: Jumlah hari pemakaian tempat tidur dari pasien yang pulang dan meninggal pada periode tertentu
Total jumlah pasien pulang dan meninggal pd periode yg sama
Contoh: Jumlah pasien keluar = 2086 ( termasuk pasien meninggal, tidak termasuk bayi lahir) .
Seluruh jumlah lama rawat =13654 hari
ALOS = 13654/2086= 6.54 atau 6.5 Dibulatkan=7 hr
2. BOR / Persentase pemakaian tempat tidur
Definisi : persentase pemakaian tempat tidur pada periode tertentu
Rumus:
Jumlah Hari Rawat pada periode tertentu X 100
Jumlah tt yg tersedia X Jumlah hari pada periode yg sama
Contoh: Di sebuah rumah sakit :jumlah tt yang tersedia 210 ( diluar tt bayi)
dengan 4780 jumlah hari rawat pada bulan Juni. Juni =30 hari

4780 X 100 = 478000 = 75,87 atau 75.9 %

3. BTO / Bed Turn Over
Definisi : berapa kali satu tt dipakai oleh pasien pada periode tertentu
Tidak mempunyai standar internasional, dianjurkan BTO setinggi mungkin sekurang-kurangnya > 40 pasien
keluar, sejauh tidak mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan
Rumus: Jumlah Pasien Keluar (H+M)

4. TOI / Turn Over Interval ( turnover rate)
Definisi : rata-rata hari tempat tidur tersedia pada periode tertentu yang tidak terisi antara pasien keluar /
meninggal dan pasien masuk
Diindikasikan waktu bahwa tt. tidak terisi
Diindikasikan jika hasilnya negatif berarti kekurangan tt, hasilnya positif berarti rendahnya pemakaian
rumah sakit atau ketidakefisiennya admission
Rumus: (Tt.tersedia X Jumlah hari pada periode tertentu) - jumlah hari pemakaian tt. pada periode tertentu
Jumlah pasien keluar (H+M) pada periode yang sama
Contoh: Di sebuah rumah sakit jumlah tt.tersedia 210 bh. dalam bulan Jun dengan 4780 jumlah hari rawat,
