4. KIND OF WITNESS: COROBORRATIVE
5. BRIEF TESTIMONY OF THE WITNESS:
that the witness testified that she was already
a policewoman sometime in 2003, assigned at
Regional Crime Laboratory Office 8 and has the
duties and responsibilities of receiving
communications as well as to receive physical
evidence for laboratory examinations.
That the witness received in her office a
document requesting for a chemical examination of
a specimens enclosed in a cellophane purporting to
be a methamphetamine hydrochloride or locally
known as shabu.
That after receiving such evidence, the witness
turned it over to PS1 Pinky Saycon Acog who was
then the Forensic Chemical Officer at that time.
6. Demeanor of the witness:
that the witness was only following the Chain
of Custody; that she testified accordingly to her
duties and responsibilities as a policewoman and an
officer of the law, in-charge of receiving
communications as well as, by recording the
physical evidence submitted for forensic
examination in their office, such as the seized
alleged shabu.
7. Credibility of the witnesss testimony? Probability?
that the testimony of the witness was credible
on the ground that the witness was only following the
Chain of Custody in the proper handling of the
evidence when such is received by her in her office
and was likewise probable, for she was a lady and an
officer of the Philippine National Police (PNP).
