It is not important where you
                   stand.
What is important is where you

        How can I improve?

    Reflective Questions
    1. Make an inventory of your character traits. Once
you have completed the exercise, ask yourself:
             1. What are my strong traits? Consider them as your effective
                  leadership traits.
             2. How are those effective leadership traits useful in leadership
                  situation?
             3. What are my weaknesses? Consider them as your ineffective
                  leadership traits.
             4. How might those ineffective leadership traits affect my
                  willingness to lead?
    2. Share the inventory of your effective and
ineffective leadership traits and the mind-map with
a trusted colleague. Solicit their opinion of your
       self-assessment.

The more up -to date the knowledge you possess, the freer you
                              are .
Knowledge cannot be taken from anyone except by

                    LESSON 4
A leader can only be free to lead
his team if he keeps abreast
of all that is happening around
him-in real time. To lead, in a
way, is to engage in continuing
                  education.
