1. read read read and watch youtube lectures


knowledge is the first key to success
2. every morning write down your microgoals for the day
3. meditate at least 20 minutes every day
4. monitor your thoughts
5. stop masturbating
6. stop watching TV, stop reading news, stop with
computer games.
7. feel your emotions not consciously but with your body
8. visualize what you want to achieve
9. learn to channel your chi and ching energies
10. give more to receive more. But dont give by
expectation of receiving
11. learn being happy with yourself by being disciplined
and trying to achieve not focusing on the outcome but on
the process of trying and being disciplined.
12. learn you cannot control your thoughts or emotions live
and experience them fully. Dont block them.
