Reflection Rubric

This rubric evaluates student reflections in 5 areas: 1. Reflective thinking about performance and learning processes is explained in detail. 2. Reflective thinking about language proficiency demonstrates a strong understanding. 3. The reflection identifies strategies to improve future learning and describes a concrete action plan. 4. The reflection is an in-depth analysis of the learning experience and how it relates to life beyond the classroom. 5. A score of 1 indicates little or no reflective thinking in the student's work.
