Dear Madam:

Salutations!

The Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants will take part in the 10 th NCR JPIAlympics
which will take place on the 18th and 25th of November at the University of Perpetual
Help System Dalta. The JPIAlympics is an annual event that tests the skills of each local
chapter in a duel of different sports activities. The event has a registration fee worth
Php 60.00 that will be shouldered by the organization.

In connection to this, we would like to solicit from th eorganizations fund held in trust
the amount of Three thousand pesos (P 3,000.00) for the registration fee of the
participants for the said event. The breakdown is as follows:

Registration Fee (P60/head x 50 persons) P 3,000.00
