Subject: Designating the Coach for Student Assembly on Information Technology Education
(SAITE) 2013

Date: September 4, 2013

Effective A.Y. 2013-2014, the following faculty members of the CICT are here by designated as coach for
Student Assembly on Information Technology Education 2013, as annual activity under taken by the
Philippines Society of Information Technology Educators Region III.

1. As Coaches they are to perform the following functions:


1.1 Provide technical assistance and consultation services to the representatives/contestant of the
University to the Student Assembly on Information Technology Education 2013.
1.2. coordinate with the Dean of the College of Information and Communications Technology, the
officers and members of the CICT Student Council and the University Student Affairs for
purposes of facilitating availment of student services intended for CICT students, use of
facilities in the campus and in the conduct of the other school activities;
1.3. make himself/herself available for consultation to the student qualified to join the contest
spearheaded by the PSITE III.
1.4 always exercise the diligence of a good father of the family (under the principle of en loco
parentis) with respect to the students especially during off-campus competitions.

The designation does not carry with it any additional remuneration and privilege of teaching load
reduction. This would only serve as an added experience to a professional growth on the part of the
designee and a future reference and an avenue to serve the studentry in particular and the university in
general in the spirit of volunteerism.

Full support and cooperation of all concerned are hereby solicited.
