Probation Period: 6 Months
Hours of work: 8 PM to 7 AM
Reporting relationship: Identify the position that this position will report to
Manager
Vacation: Every Sunday is Week off
1. Terms on Probation: You will be on probation for a period of six months from
the date of joining which may be extended, based on your performance and
conduct. On satisfactory completion of the probation period, you will be
confirmed in the services of the company, which will be intimated to you in
writing. During the probation period, your services are liable to be terminated by
issuing One days notice. You will be entitled to one casual leave (on prior notice
only) during the period of probation though you will accrue more for the period,
which maybe availed by you when you are confirmed in the services.
2. Terms of Employment: Your terms of employment will be governed by the
policies and rules of the company formed from time to time. These rules will
cover all aspects of employment, Statutory or internal to company. Some aspects
of these rules are given with this letter. Others are in the manual of rules of the
company, a copy of which may be obtained from the company after you join for
work.
3. Confidentiality and non-disclosure: You are required to abide by the
confidentiality and non-disclosure terms with the company. By this you agree not
to divulge, communicate or pass on any information related to any aspect of the
company to any one not employed by the company in any form (material,
equipment, records, drawings, statistics, floppies, CDs, tapes or any other related
documents). Consequences of such behavior will be as stated in the agreement
and will over ride any terms of appointment.
