The undersigned accuses RODRIGO R. DUTERTE of the crime of violation of


Section 11 of Repulic Act No 9165, committed by him as follows:

That on or about September 5, 2016 at 6:00 P.M.,in the City of Digos,


Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of the Honorable Court, the above-named
accused did, then and there, without having been authorized by law, willfully,
unlawfully and knowingly possess and have in his custody and control two (2) small
heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets each containing white crystalline substance
having a total weight of 15 grams. of methamphetamine hydrochloride known as shabu,
a dangerous drugs, without being authorized by law.
