Dear Maricela Estrada,

My name Is Maria Luisa Vian I am 17 years old, attending Buhach Colony High School.
The position for which Im applying for is Medical secretary assistant. My interest for this
position is to gain knowledge in the medical field to further my education, and experience to one
day become a pediatric nurse. I heard this job opening from one of my friends that is
volunteering for for her ROP medical occupation class. Im impressed that your facility stresses
teamwork.

My 3 strengths are that I am responsible, focused, and dedicated. Living by these


actions in high school, and in the real world has helped me become reverent. Taking the ROP
Health Career class has helped my acknowledge and has helped me learn skills needed for this
job. Learning sign language, how to take blood pressure, and care for people has definitely
made me sagacious. The HYLC club helped with my communication skills, being fluent allowed
myself to get a better and helpful understanding for me and for others. Joining the HYLC club,
which stands for hispanic youth leadership club, everyone is welcomed with many community
service opportunities.

I feel I can bring my knowledge of basic health care to your organization to which will match
your mission. Thank you very much for taking the time to read my resume and application.
