All employees will be required to wear their company ID issued by the HR department to provide identification and ensure safety. This is to inform all employees that starting on May 2, 2017 we will implement
the strict compliance for NO ID, NO ENTRY Policy. As required by the management, it
has been decided that all employees are required to wear company ID issued by the HR
Department. This is to give a distinct identity to the employees, associated with the
company and entails the safety of each one of us.

Hence, the Management seeks the co-operation from all of us in wearing the
Company ID without fail and expert total compliance.

Anyone who persistently fails to wear their company ID, or refuse to wear it
without valid reason, in contravention of this policy will be subject to disciplinary action
in accordance to RAVAGO EQUIPMENT RENTALS INC, EMPLOYEE & VISITOR
IDENTIFICATION COMPANY POLICY disciplinary procedure.
