Ernesto che guevara was born in June 14, 1928, Rosario, Argentina. Che was

part of castros plans to take over the batista government. Che Served as Military

advisor to castro and led guerrilla troops against the batista government. Later he

became the president of the cuban national bank. Che studied Medicine all around the

south american. He saw all this poverty and the bad conditions people were living in.

Che blame it on imperialism and capitalism. Che thought the only solution was

communism.

He abandon medicine, Because he believed in that a revolution could bring the

people of south america justice. In 1955 che was married and living in mexico when he

met Fidel castro and his brother Raul. who was planning to overthrow the batista

government. With a small armed force in the december 2, 1956 landed in cuba. Che

would serve as castro primary adviser and to lead their guerrilla forces to attack the

batista regime.

When Fidel castro took control of cuba in january 1959 he placed che in charge

of the La Cabana prison. Che in the 1960s acted as an ambassador for cuba. He would

establish relations with countries mostly the Soviet Union. This was important during

Bay of pigs invasion and the Cuba missile crisis. Che delivered a speech to the United

Nations in 1964. He condemned U.S. foreign policy and the apartheid in South Africa.

Che left cuba because cuba's economy was in shambles. He wanted to export his

revolutionary ideas in other parts of the world.

After returning to cuba he departed for bolivia with small forces of rebels where he got

captured by the bolivian army and was killed in La Higuera on october 9, 1967.
