We learn them by VERB + ED:

* AND SOMETIMES WE NEED TO


MAKE SOME CHANGES:

1)if a short verb ends in a


consonant+vowel+consonant, we double the
final consonant:

2) if a verb ends in E, we add D:

3)if a verb ends in a consonant+Y, we
change Y to I and add ED:
