URGENT MOTION TO LIFT WARRANT OF ARREST

TO THIS HONORABLE COURT, ACCUSED, by himself, most


respectfully moves for the reconsideration and lifting of the ORDER
of this Honorable Court for issuance of Warrant of Arrest dated April
26, 2017 and avers that:

1. The case of the undersigned was set for pre-trial at 2:00 in the
afternoon on April 26, 2017;

2. However, the accused was not able to attend the hearing due
to the reason that the undersigned and the complainant as
family talked together on the said day to patch-up things
regarding the case;

3. That the accused, hoping for a settlement of the case has


opted to meet with the mother of the victim to finally come into
an out of court settlement;

4. The non-appearance of the undersigned on yesterdays


hearing was not intended to disobey the order of the
honourable court neither to run away but solely for the purpose
of looking for all the possibility to settle the case to help the
Honorable Court save time and resources of the government
and in the early disposition of the case, besides the parties in
this case are amenable and willing to save the family relation
rather than to push through with the case.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed


unto this Honorable Court to RECONSIDER his decision dated April
26, 2017 and LIFT the issuance of warrant of arrest against the
undersigned accused and REINSTATE the forfeited bailbond.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
