GIK INSTITUTE IS LOOKING FOR A RECTOR

The GIK Institute in Swabi District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province


Pakistan, the premier university of engineering and technology in the country,
seeks a highly accomplished individual for the position of Rector of the Institute
for a four year term.

2. The University is a private, non-profit institution of the Society for the


Promotion of Engineering Sciences and Technology in Pakistan (SOPREST).
The GIKI has a Charter from the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with the
President of Pakistan as its Chancellor.

3. The selected candidate would hold a postgraduate degree in sciences,


technology, engineering or education with sufficient experience at an
appropriate level. Nominations of candidates would also be accepted. Salary
would be negotiable.

4. The deadline for applications is 16th March, 2015.
