Dear Sir,

Please accept this letter as notice of my resignation from my position as Project Officer as per
my employment contract, I am giving one month notice. The reason why I'm resigning it's
because of my health issues. I am distressed that poor health dictates that I must quit my job.
However, I am glad for the opportunity you have given me. I have been a fortunate indeed to
work for the company.

Thank you for the experience, opportunity and challenge of working at ASKI. I will always be
grateful.
