Making an alarm Annunciator without any defect to achieve 0% complaint

4. TOOLS and EQUIPMENT

Multimeter
Heat Run Chamber
Soldering Iron
CRO ( Cathode Ray Oscillascope)

5. INSTRUCTIONS

1. Receiving the work indent which includes Job Code , Unit details , Delivery Date.
2. Preparing the material list as per the layout drawing and to be produced to store.
3. Collecting the materials from store
4. Assembling of parts in PCB and start soldering
5. Checking of Visual Inspection.
6. Cleaning of the assembled unit with spray and dry in the oven for 48Hrs under 55deg C.
7. Checking the CPU Board Voltage by using Multimeter.
8. Checking the Input , Output and Communication of the Alarm Annunciator.
9. Transferring to QC for Final Inspection.
