Greetings of Peace!

I, Karen Doblada Acuario, fourth year Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) student of
National College of Business and Arts. In partial fulfilment of the requirement of this degree, I
am required to have an On-the-job Training (OJT) for a minimum of 300 hours.

I would like to ask your good office to give me permission and accommodate me in your school
this first semester. In line with this I would like to inform you that I am currently taking two
regular subjects which I need to attend every Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with the
scheduled time which starts at four in the afternoon until 7 in the evening. Hence on Tuesdays,
and Thursdays I can come to your school the whole day.

I am sincerely hoping that you will consider my application as a student teacher in your school.
