RULES AND REGULATIONS


1. Tuition fee must be settled upon the first day of driving lesson.
2. Enrollment fee is Non-transferable.
3. No smoking before and during the lesson.
4. No used of mobile phone to avoid cancellation and penalty.
5. Student under the influence of liquor will NOT be given driving lesson.
6. NO chaperon is allowed.
7. For cancellation of schedule, requires 1 day Advance Notice by TEXT/CALL. Failure to give such notice will incur a
fine/fee for instructor charges.
8. Late student will be given 15 minutes grace period, beyond this, the session will be considered cancelled and
payment/fees will be forfeited for instructor charges.
9. Strictly NO wearing of SANDOS, SLEEVELESS, MINI SKIRT & SLIPPERS. Violators will not be given a driving lesson
and fees will be forfeited for instructor charges.
10. Must bring HIS/HER license during the lesson, and must wear RUBBER SHOES/sneakers, to avoid cancellation of
lesson.
11. During tutorials using student cars at AS Driving School, It Is CLEAR and UNDERSTOOD BETWEEN PARTIES that
Student will NOT press AS Driving School for any liability on any damage/accident.
12. As Driving School has the right to cancel the lesson, IF the student will NOT follow the safety procedure.
