13.Incase,onapartyeticketorafamilyeticketissuedfortravelofmorethanonepassenger,somepassengershaveconfirmedreservationandothersareonRACorwaitinglist,fullrefundof
fare,lessclerkage,shallbeadmissibleforconfirmedpassengersalsosubjecttotheconditionthattheticketshallbecancelledonlineoronlineTDRshallbefiledforallthepassengersupto
thirtyminutesbeforethescheduleddepartureofthetrain.
14.ForSuvidhaTrain,only50%refundisallowedincaseofcancellationofConfirm/RACticketsupto6hoursbeforethescheduleddepartureofthetrainorpreparationofchartwhicheveris
earlier.
15.IncaseofTrainCancellation,fullrefundwillbegrantedautomaticallybytheSystem.However,ifthetrainiscancelledpartiallyonitsrun,passengersarerequiredtofileTDRwithin72hrsfrom
scheduledepartureofthetrainfromthepassenger'sboardingstation.
