Brgy. Amparo, Pavia, Iloilo after having been sworn to in accordance with law, depose
and state:
1. That I am the registered owner of a parcel of land Lot 448-G-4, PSD-06-
071132 located in Brgy. Amparo, Pavia, Iloilo;
2. That the house of MIRABEL G. PENAS and family is built on a portion of said
parcel of land which I own;
3. That I hereby express my consent for said MIRABEL PENAS construction or
maintaining her house or abode on said portion of parcel of land that I own;
4. That further, I also express my favorable consent in her favor, to have her
line application with ILECO; and
5. That I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for
whatever purpose this may serve.
