The proposed allottee declares on oath that to the best of their knowledge, the house they reside in has not been given on hiring to any other organization by the owner. Their wife is also not a government servant. The owner of the house declares on oath that they are the sole owner of the property and that the house has not been hired to anyone other than the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority. The owner will be liable for legal action if found to be double hiring the property.
