INFORMATION
The undersigned accuses Y the crime of RAPE, committed as follows:
That on or about the 16th day of June 2016, in Quezon City, Philippines the
above-named accused, by means of force and intimidation, did then and there
willfully, unlawfully and feloniously have carnal knowledge upon the person of X,
all against her will and without her consent to the damage and prejudice of the said
offended party.

COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT
I, X, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of No. 6 Bocobo St.,
Lavista, Quezon City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with the law,
hereby depose and say:
(1) That I am charging respondent, Y, who is of legal age, married,
Filipino and a resident of No. 5 Acasia St., Lavista, Quezon City
did then and there willfully, unlawfully, feloniously, and by means
of force, threat and intimidation committed the crime of RAPE
against me.
(2) That on June 16, 2017 at about 5:00 AM in Quezon City,
Philippines, while on my way back to my house after buying
pandesal respondent suddenly appeared in front of me, grabbed my
hands and waist and poked a sharp knife on my neck. I pleaded to
Y not to hurt me by his knife and to free me. Instead, Y dragged me
at the back of his house. I resisted, but, Y then grabbed my blouse,
pulled down my pants together with my underwear. Once again I
resisted and tried to wear my pants together with my underwear, but
he pushed me against the wall. I pleaded to Y to stop, begging for
his mercy since we are both married and have a family. But Y just
shrugs me and continued with his evil intent. I kept on resisting but
Y is just too strong and bigger than me. He slapped me on the face
then he inserted his penis into my vagina and continued penetrating
in front of me in standing position.
(3) That, B, a street sweeper assigned in Lavista Subdivision, Quezon
City, 35 years old, married, Filipino and a resident of No. 6 Kamote
St., Brgy. Old Balara, Quezon City, Philippines saw me being
dragged by the respondent along the road. The sworn statement of
B is hereunto attached and made an integral part of this complaint
as Annex B.
(4) That my friend, A, 28 years old, married, Filipino, and a resident of
No. 8 Acasia St., Lavista, Quezon City, Philippines is outside their
house near the firewall bordering Xs house and heard my voice
resisting as well as my plea for mercy at the respondent. The sworn
statement of A is hereunto attached and made an integral part of this
complaint as Annex A.
(5) After the sexual incident, Y threatened me that should I tell
somebody about what had happened Y will harm my family.
(6) I am therefore executing this affidavit freely and voluntarily in
support of my intent to file a case for RAPE and/or appropriate
criminal case against Y.
(7) In witness wherefore, I have hereunto set my hand this day of June

WITNESS-AFFIDAVIT
I, A, 28 years old, married, Filipino, and a resident of No. 4 Acasia St.,
Lavista, Quezon City, Philippines after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with the law, hereby depose and say:
(1) That I am a resident of Lavista Subdivision and a friend of X.
(2) That on June 16, 2017 at about 5:00 AM in Lavista Subdivision,
Quezon City, while I was outside my house tending to my plants at
the yard, I distinctly heard the voice of X resisting. I did not do
anything since I do not want to get involved in what is happening in
their house and Y is known in our place as a drunkard and always
looking for a fight.
(3) I am therefore executing this witness-affidavit freely and voluntarily
to support the contention of X in the case she filed for the crime of
RAPE against Y.

WITNESS-AFFIDAVIT
I, B, 35 years old, married, Filipino and a resident of No. 6 Kamote St.,
Brgy. Old Balara, Quezon City, Philippines, working as a street sweeper assigned in
Lavista Subdivision, Quezon City after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with the law, hereby depose and say:
(1) That I am a street sweeper in Lavista Subdivision, Quezon City for
almost 6 years. Being a street sweeper assigned in the area I am already familiar with
the residents of the subdivision. In fact I personally know both complainant and the
respondent.
(2) That on June 16, 2017 at about 5:00 AM in Lavista Subdivision,
Quezon City, while I am on duty, I saw Y tussling with X, grabbing her by the waist
and forcing her to come with him.
(3) I am therefore executing this witness-affidavit freely and voluntarily
to support the contention of X in the case she filed for the crime of RAPE against Y.

WITNESS-AFFIDAVIT
I, C, 35 years old, married, Filipino and a resident of No. 55 Kamagong
St., Lavista, Quezon City, Philippines, working as a volunteer neighborhood
watchman after having been duly sworn to in accordance with the law, hereby
depose and say:
(1) That I am a resident of Lavista Subdivision, Quezon City.
(2) I volunteer in Lavistas neighborhood watch as part of its efforts to
improve security in such a large subdivision.
(3) I am assigned to the Lavista neighborhood watchs CCTV
command center where I monitor streets for any untoward events.
(4) That while on duty on June 16, 2017, at about 5:00 AM, I saw a man
dragging a woman by the waist into a house. I was able to determine
that the house belongs to Y.
(5) I am therefore executing this witness-affidavit freely and voluntarily
to support the contention of X in the case she filed for the crime of
RAPE against Y.
