Diet plan for 3 Days
Early Morning:
6:00 am 1-2 glasses of Water
6:30 am 1 glass Nimbu pani with pepper
Breakfast:
7:30 am 1 Stuffed chapatti (Cauliflower/ Radish/ Carrot/ Cabbage or Ghia) stuffing, 1 katori raita (Mix veg/ Cucumber/ Ghia)
Mid-Morning:
9:00 am Soup-250 ml
10:30 am Salad-1 big plate (Cucumber, Kakdi, Radish, Carrots, Broccoli, Green Guava, Cabbage)
11:30 am 1 Apple/ 1 Orange
1:00 pm Soup (Take 1 ltr water. Add veggies to it like ghia, pumpkin, cabbage, cauliflower, beans, carrots & tomato. Let it boil for 3 to 4
whistles. Blend it with a blender. Add salt & pepper.)- 250 ml
Lunch:
2:30 pm Subzi( Cauliflower/ Broccoli/ Ghia/ Petha/ Cabbage/ Carrot/ Capsicum/ Beans etc), 1 Chapati
Evening:
4:00 pm Tea, 1 Biscuit/ 1 Rusk
5:00 pm Soup- 250 ml
6:30 pm Salad
7:30 pm Soup- 250 ml
Dinner:
8:30 pm: Subzi, 1 chapati
Avoid: Potato, Jimikand, Arbi , Palak, Saag, Brinjal, Lady finger
Avoid: Banana, Chiku, Musk Melon & Water Melon, Mango, Lychi
Avoid: Puri, Samosa, Pakora, Dal Moth, Mathri, Parantha, All Namkeens
Avoid: Sweets, Sugar, Honey, Glucose, Beetroot, Chocolate
Avoid: Nuts, Peanuts, Dry Fruit, Butter, Ghee
Avoid: Colas, Juices, Bed Time Milk
Avoid: Canned soups, Processed foods, Frozen foods, Cheese
Avoid: Red wine, Beer, White wine
Take as much:
At least 3 ltr of Water
As Much Mix Veg Soup. Drink atleast 1 ltr. Soup daily.
As Much Subzi( Ghia, Petha, Gobhi, Cabbage, Carrot, Capsicum, Mix veg, Beans)
Plain Nimbu Pani(No sugar, honey & salt in it. Only Black pepper & jeera Powder)
As Much Salads (Green Guava, Carrot, Radish, Onion, Spring onion, Cucumber, Cabbage, Lettuce leaves, Broccoli)
Oils: 2 tea Spoon per Person per Day (Soybean, Sunflower, Canola or Refined oil)
Sugar: 1 Tea Spoon per day
Salt: 1 Tea Spoon per day
