1. That accused has been religiously attending his hearing since his
arraignment;

2. That accused was given opportunity to work in Efza; hence he left for Cavite
unexpectedly on June 3, 2006;

3. That accused is waiving his appearance in the subsequent hearings and he


will report to the Honorable Court once required;

WHEREFORE, premises considered it is most respectfully prayed that said


motion be granted.
