CUTTING EQUIPMENTS USED :

1. BAND KNIFE : Whole garment can be cut using band knife, since the garment
is a combination of sharp and smooth curves.

SPREADING EQUIPMENTS USED :

1. KURIS CLOTH SPREADING MACHINE- A23 : Suitable for critical, smooth

fabrics. ( used in this case)

2.EASTMAN SABER SELECTTM : Positive feed, semi-automatic and manual modes

available.

3.GERBER TECHNOLOGY 250S : Provides accurate selvedge functions and end

alignment capabilities, which increases efficiency.

4. REXEL UL-3 SERIES : Simple & effective spreading as compared to others. Can be
used when low cost production is required.

AUXILIARIES USED :

1. VACUUM TABLE : For holding the lay to avoid any localized distortion, and also
accommodate more number of lays.
2. AIR FLOATATION TABLE : For transferring the lays from spreading table to
cutting table
