2) That my property has no drainage, causing flood during heavy rains


affecting the nearby residents posing threat on their health and safety;

3) That in order to finally resolve this problem, culvert pipes that allow water
to flow, must be installed;

4) That out of compassion and benevolence to help the community and the
Talisay City Local Government, I will allow the installation of culvert pipes
in my property. Attached hereto is the proposed drainage plan provided by
the City Engineering Office of the City of Talisay;
