AFFIDAVIT OF BUYER/TRANSFEREE

METRO SJO DEVELOPMNENT CORP.a corporation duly organize and existing under the
laws of the Philippines represented by Ms. Susan Ong, President with business address
at 1st St., St. Mary's Subdivision, Tarlac City, after having been sworn according to law,
hereby depose and say:

1. That Metro SJO Development Corporation own total aggregate land holding
including the area of 27,000 sq.m. more or less, that I am acquiring from
Ricardo Obigacion and Laura Obligacion and Sps. Evelyn Opulencia and Eddie
Opulencia under Doc. No. 102 , Page No. 22, Book No. 81, Series of 2017 of
Notary Public Atty. Henry D. Alejandro dated May 5, 2017. Metro SJO
Development Corp. does not exceed five (5) hectares;

2. That this affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No.
1,Series of 1989 as well as to show proof that my total aggregate land holding
inclusive of the land subject of the abovementioned transactionb does not
exceed five (5) hectares.
