1. The monthly anticipated expenditure on 2 vehicles is about Rs. 62000/- (Rs. 40000/-
Innova & Rs. 22000/- for Indica)
2. The billing method is fixed amount basis Rs. 62000/- per month (Rs. 40000/- Innova &
Rs. 22000/- for Indica)
3. Provision of 2 vehicles already mentioned in the internal estimate (copy enclosed for
