Vicky B. Cabaylo for her job application.

I encountered Ms. Cabaylo for quite some time already as a Medical


Technoligist for Clinica Luntao, Inc. in Norala, South Cotabato and having been
able to witness and to see for myself her skills in her chosen field and the manner
she delivers healthcare services to her patients, among others, I am convinced
that she is one of the most qualified and well-equipped health personnel we
have in our community today.

Aside from the fact the she graduated from a respectable and credible
tertiary institution, I am impressed by her combined qualities proactive,
knowledgeable and thorough which I think what made her stand out from the
rest of her peers and contemporaries in my own point of view and standards.
