The payment for the registration can be done by any one of the following methods as per your

registration number.

Please Note:

Upon payment of the correct registration fee, mail us the necessary details as required by
the payment mode along with your Name and Institute/Organizations name (as filled in the
form). Each delegate will then receive a confirmatory email along with a registration
number. You will have to quote your registration number at the registration desk.

Student identification will need to be shown at the Registration Desk when collecting the
Registration pack at the conference.

Your registration to the conference would include the access to all the sessions, the
conference kit, entry to the competitions, breakfast, lunch and refreshments.

TERMS AND CONDITONS

1. Refunds and Cancellations:

Till October 25, 2017 Full refund, a processing fee, as applicable by the bank, will be deducted
in the case of a DD.

October 25, 2017 onwards - No refund can be processed under any circumstances. Please note
that no refund will be made for non-attendance of the event after registration. All cancellations
of registrations must be notified to the Conference co-coordinators through mail.

2. Transfer of Registrations: You may however, choose to transfer an existing registration to


another person of the same organization, if you can no longer attend the conference, at no
extra charge. All transfer of registrations must be notified to the Conference co-coordinators
through the mail.
3. Program Agenda: The organizing committee reserves the right to make any necessary
changes to the Agenda in order to best suit the objectives of the event. Every effort will be
made to keep presentations and speakers as represented. However, unforeseen
circumstances may result in the substitution or re-scheduling or cancellation of a
presentation, topic or speaker in part or whole.

4. Right of Refusal: The organizing committee reserves its right, in its sole discretion, to limit or
deny access to the event to any entity or individual.
