SPL Auction Procedure

1. A single person or any number of students can join together to form a


group and bid for the preferred SPL team.
2. If you are forming a group for bidding kindly provide one POC to the
sports committee. Only the POC is allowed to offer the bidding amount
during the auction.
3. The base price for each ICON Player is 3000 Rs.
4. Each increment by the team owners should be of 300 Rs until the amount
reaches 10000 Rs and from there on the price will increase by 500 Rs.
5. The owner can go for more than one team if he/she is capable.
6. Once all the ICON Players are sold they will be joining with the
respective owners to buy the players who have registered for SPL.
7. Each ICON Player will be given 300 virtual points to bid for registered
players. A team can have 10-12 players (which includes the ICON player
too).
8. If the ICON Player completes 300 points before selecting 12 players, he
is supposed to choose the players only after all other teams complete
bidding.
9. The minimum increment for a player is 2 Rs.
10.The team will be allowed to play in the tournament only after the owner
has paid the entire bidding amount to the committee within the deadline
which will be informed later.
