PROPERTY
We SPS LEONARDO P. DIMARANAN & ADELAIDA AVELIDA, Filipinos, both of
legal ages and residents of J. P. Rizal St. Galicia II, Mendez, Cavite, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state: That - -

1. We are registered owner of the parcel of land situated at Asis I, Mendez, Cavite
with an area of 7,105 Square Meters more or less and embraced with Tax Declaration No. 14-
0012-00056 &14-0012-00057 identified as Lot No. 5967 -D;

2. That when the Lot was Cadastral Lot as- 5980 D the area appearing is 3,220
Square Meters and the same in our name ;

3. We executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the foregoing and
for whatever legal purpose the same may serve;
