Emergency Evacuation Plan for Fire or Earthquake


Assume all fire alarms are real.
On hearing the ALARM, please do the following:
1) Keep calm, do not create panic.
2) Call TEBRA Office : Tell:+971 4 268 8189
3) Alert everyone in the area or Stop all activities immediately.
4) Switch off the power tools & equipment.
5) Walk quickly to the nearest assembly point (Do NOT RUN).
6) Do not try to push anyone, avoid overtaking specially inside the staircase.
7) Do not stop and return to collect the personal belongings.
8) When approaching closed doors during a fire evacuation, feel the door for
heat and look for smoke coming under or around the door. If the door is hot or
there is smoke around the door, use another exit door or find a safe shelter
from the fire.
9) If trapped in a room, seal around the door and any vents in case of fire; signal
to the rescuers in any way possible.
10) If you encounter smoke, stay close to the floor and crawl to the nearest exit.
11) Follow the instructions of fire wardens or other emergency personal.
12) Do not re-enter the work area unless you are advised to do so.
13) Check at assembly point that all employees are assembled to find out the
missing persons if any.
14) Give first aid to the injured victim and take them to the nearest hospital if
necessary.
15) Any employees who have information about the incident must report it to a
supervisor.
16) Do not leave the assembly point without permission to do so.
17) Do not use ELEVATORS. USE A STAIRCASE.
18) In case the fire is outside the building and you cant leave , or
there are an Earthquake please Call security group :
Police: 999
Civil Defence: 997
Ambulance: 998/999
Electricity /Water: 991/992
