parameters like education, age, physical fitness and background. The personnel

The Company feels it mandatory that all the guarding personnel are provided
Training Courses, which will impart required skills to perform duties. They are
taught the rudiments of First Aid, Fire Fighting and self-protection. They are trained
on Facilitation/Gate/Entrance Control/Reception/Response functions.
The Company believes in proper supervision to provide Quality Service by giving
round the clock check on the units. The Operation Team comprises of Managers,
Inspectors and Patrolling Supervisors. The 24 hr. House Control Room Staff are
well versed with English speaking personnel for any assistance at any time.
Our rates are the lowest quoted and include our contribution to PF, ESI Reliever
charges, Cost of Training, Supervision and Uniforms.

guarding staff at various levels and issues such as post and site instructions, gate

Commissioner. He is also undergone Security training at National Fire Service College,
NAGPUR that is the only college in INDIA in Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting in
Industries. He also worked in GROUP 4 FALCK (a leading security company in the
globe, having its presence in more than 80 countries) for more than 5 years as a
Training Manager.
Mr. B. Ravi Shanker: (Operations Department)
Who is leading our Operations Department is also from GROUP 4 FALCK (a leading
security company in the globe, having its presence in more than 80 countries) worked
in the capacity of Senior Operations Manager for 9 years. He has also under gone
various security related courses during his tenure and having in depth security
knowledge in all aspects including Survey, suggested security methods, deployments
of guarding staff, investigation with incidents.

be on continuous ON SITE training, creating awareness on job. Environment and
improving their performance as required by each client. The staff will be more

In addition to above of our senior officials will also make surprise visits in day & night
to keep watch on the guarding staff, turnout, discipline and alertness of staff.
All Operation staff are provided with Mobile Phones for faster response and reaches
the field to meet the clients requirements.
Pricing:
The price is being done keeping in view of the prevailing cost of various factors
(uniform and other statutory requirements i.e., P.F., E.S.I., Prof. Tax and Leaves
etc.,) The rates will be economical and competitive when compared to other
agencies.
Security Guard @ 11,000 rs. For 12hrs duty Per Calendar Month.
Security Supervisor @ 14,500rs. For 12Hrs per Calendar Month.
Service Tax will be applicable on the whole bill.
