I, ESTELA T. JOHNSON, of legal age, married, Filipino with residence and


postal address at Block 1, Lot 2, Arayar Ext., Country Homes, Muntinlupa City,
hereunder, DO HEREBY APPOINT, NAME and CONSTITUTE, ATTY. ELPIDIO S.
SALGADO, also of legal age with office and postal address at Unit 204 South Insula
Tower, #61 Timog Avenue, South Triangle, Quezon City, to be my true and legal
ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, to act for and in my name and stead to do the following acts
and things, to wit:

To act and represent me during the pre-trial and subsequent hearings of


the Civil Case No. 15-477 for Sum of Money, entitled Spouses Bernard V.
Balderas & Perlina D. Balderas, Plaintiff, -versus- Estela T. Johnson,
Defendant, pending before Regional Trial Court, Branch 205, Muntinlupa City,
with special power to make admissions and/or to make and submit as well to
accept and approve compromise proposals, upon such terms and conditions
and under such covenants as he may deem fit;

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be
done in and about the premises as fully and all intents and purposes as I might or
could do if personally present; and
