Letter of Undertaking by Students

I, Mr/Mrs ____________________________ bearing USN number ________________________


studying in _______Semester, Department of mechanical engineering in College of
Engineering, Mysuru herewith voluntarily submitting the under taking.

I, the undersigned have brought to the notice of my parents/guardians that, we are


participating in the from 28th September to 2nd October and has taken consent from
them.

We shall assure that we will abide by the college terms and conditions during the event
and travel.

We , hereby declare and confirm that the college shall not be held responsible in
the event of any misfortune or accidents and/or personal injuries whether fatal or
otherwise.

We shall undertake full responsibility of all the consequences should any other person
or body suffer such accidents and/or personal injuries and/or damage to property as a
result of negligent act during the period of event and travel.

We further confirm that the college shall not be held responsible for our misconduct or
wrongdoing at all times during the period of visit and shall obey the instructions of the
faculty members who are accompanying during the visit.

We assure you that we will participate with good team spirit in the event and will follow
all the rules and regulations laid down by the organizers. We promise to behave
professionally during the event and uphold the name of the institution which has
supported us.
