Defense lawyer: we are presenting zaldy Perez as our 2nd witness who is present on the vicinity
when the accused Llewellyn b. majares jr, escorted by two the police officer to their police
mobile and to testify what transpired during the alleged buy bust operation conducted on
August 1 2017 at the inquimboy st.brangay 20 zone 2 pasay city and to substantiate his affidavit
and all matters alleged in the sinumpaangsalaysay.

A: yes sir
Defense lawyer: Mr Witness what is your relation with the accused if any?
A: I'm his best friend since grade school sir.
Denfese lawyer: Are there any instances that your friend or the accused was involved in any
crime or violation of the law?
A: no sir. This is the first time that my friend was charge for violating a law.
Defense lawyer: Mr. witness where were you on August 1, 2017?
A: I'm at the inquimboy st.brangay 20 zone 2 pasay city sir.
Defense lawyer: mr witness can tell us what transpired on August 1 2017 if any?
A: I was waiting for my friend Llewellyn b Manjares jr, At inquimboy st brangay20 zone2 pasay
city.because we both agreed to attend the birthday party of our friend sir.
Denfense lawyer: while you were waiting to your friend mr witness on the said place, is there
any Unusual happen if any?
A: it just an ordinary day sir, but I noticed a police mobile parked on the left side of the road, sir

A: at round 7:00 pm I saw my friend riding his bicycle approaching my location sir, after my
friend alighted from his bicycle one person approached him.
Defense lawyer: what happens next if any?
A: the said person who approached my friend,said that he is going to tell something to my
friend, after that they went near the waiting shed while talking to each Other another person
approached them.
Defense lawyer: considering that mr. witness, do you now the two person who approached
your firend?
A; no sir, that is the first time Ive met the two men who approached my friend.
Defense lawyer: after the two men approached the accused what happens next if any?
A: without any reason or frisking the body of my friend the two men escorted my friend to their
police mobile sir.
Defense lawyer: did there come a time that the two men who approached the accused handed
something to the accused?
A: they did not handed something to my friend sir; they just approached my friend and
escorted him to their police mobile.
Defense lawyer: what happened after that if any?
A: they brought my friend to the Southern Police District 1, Pasay City sir
Defense lawyer; Mr Witness are the two men who approached the accused and escorted him
to the police station, are they present in this court room?
