CAREER OBJECTIVE
I am seeking full time employment with in your company. I consider myself to
be a highly motivated and dedicated person and obtain many personal skills
that would be beneficial and contribute greatly to the company. I feel I am an
approachable person, and consider myself to be both customer friendly and
capable to work well as part of a team with other members of staff. I will
bring a positive atmosphere to the work force as I am a hardworking and
enthusiastic person. I also enjoy extra activities outside of work such as the
football team I play for. This has helped to maintain my fitness and also I
think has developed further skills such as working in a team and interacting
with other people. I am confident I am able to demonstrate the above skills
and hopefully gain new ones for the future.

During my short time at ACW I was building encoders, My main responsibilities
were prepping the circuit boards and then screwing them down onto the unit, I
also did a lot of bist testing and audio testing and also put the built units into the
soak room.

During my short time at Prysmian I was fitting cables inside boxes for telecom
company’s such as B.T, I occasionally had to strip the fibres. I also did a lot of
boxing up and bagging up kits ready for dispatch. I had to work to a very strict
deadline, I had a time limit for everything I did, this was good because the speed
that I worked at improved and also when I worked in a team it inproved my team
work.

Through my employment with Pertemps I had a placement at Prism DM, The
Requirement of my job was to pick and pack Jamie Oliver kitchen equipment, I
Had to use a scanner to pick the items then put the items onto a cage, When I was
packing I had to use a scanner again to the scan the items so that they knew that
The items in that order were ready for dispatch, I had to work to a strict deadline
And make sure my work was done neatly so the customers received it as we
Packed it, I worked in a team and on my own and I feel I did both to a good
satisfaction.

Agency Worker
Through my employment with Manpower Agency I had a
placement at Spi Lasers Ltd, The requirement of my job was to
build lasers and my main responsibilities were to firstly build a
base layer by screwing down driver boards and then solder, and
splice fibres together. I really enjoyed the placement I had at Spi
Laser and feel this reflected in the work I produced, as always I
tried to ensure that the work that I carried out was completed to
the high standard that was required by the company.

Nightshift Operator
During my time at Asda my main responsibility was to assist
with stock management. My key role consisted of replenishment
of stock, ensuring that the quantity and quality received was
sufficient. The shop had to be maintained to a high standard,
making sure that all stock was replaced and back on the shelves
for the following working day. I also ensured that our working
environment was tidy and safe for both employees and
customers. Asda developed my ability to work well as part of a
team and interact with my colleagues, but I can also work well
individually ensuring that I can complete any tasks given to me
and to the required deadline. I was very dedicated to company,
shown by my willingness to work unsocialable hours. I consider
myself to be both hard working and reliable member of staff.
PRATICAL SKILLS
•I have many customer skills as I am an approachable person,
both friendly and polite.
•I can confidently assist customers with any queries, problems or
complaints they may have and deal with the situation in
quickly and efficiently.
•I have assisted in stock delivery on a daily basis, required to
ensure no stock has gone missing and is received
undamaged. Also putting stock into storage, making sure it is
in the correct place and put away safely, and replenishing
stock on the shop floor.
•I can manage time efficiently enabling me to ensure I am
punctual and reliable always arriving to work on time.
•I meet all deadlines set, and that my work is completed to a
high standard.
•I can work well in a team and with other colleagues and feel I
am a positive and enthusiastic person.
