Carlos Williams Nutrition

This document compares the nutritional information of hamburgers, small fries, and small sodas from four fast food restaurants: McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, and Back Yard Burger. It finds that the Burger King hamburger meal has the lowest calories, fat, and sodium while meeting daily recommendations for protein better than the other options. However, the document notes that even the best fast food meal provides almost half of one's recommended daily caloric intake and sodium levels exceeding daily limits.

Burger King has the most nutritious hamburger meal based on these
facts. I have learned that based on my age group recommended caloric
intake of 3000 kcal/day, a meal at any one of these fast food restaurants
is almost half of my caloric intake recommended. The sodium intake is
beyond what I need for the whole day just from one meal. Back yard
burger seems to be the worst about a nutritious meal surprisingly. This
meal is the most calories at 1048.
