Patricio Largo, a security guard at Uniwide Coastal Mall, witnessed Julius Maling, an executive of Uniwide group of companies, remove six generator sets and two escalator sets from the mall premises in 2002. Maling explained the items were being sold to Frank Lao on behalf of the company. Largo signed an affidavit to attest to the truth of these events.

AFFIDAVIT

I PATRICIO LARGO, of legal, Filipino, with office address at


Uniwide Coastal Mall, Paraaque City, do hereby depose and state:

1. That I am employed as a security guard of Air Cobra Security


Agency and was assigned to the Uniwide Coastal Mall
premises.

2. That sometime in 2002, while on duty, that Mr. Julius Maling,


an executive of the Uniwide group of companies, arrived in
the Uniwide Coastal Mall premises.

3. That during the said visit, he ordered the pull out of six (6)
generator sets and two (2) escalator sets from the Uniwide
Coastal Mall premises and were all loaded in a truck.

4. That it was Mr. Malings explanation that the items were


being sold in behalf of the company to Mr. Frank Lao.

5. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the


foregoing.
